Provided credit card information is transferred via a secure (SSL) online ordering system. --- Order Processing Most orders will ship the same or next business day after the order is received and processed. However, some titles are limited in production, so immediate shipment cannot always be guaranteed. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class. State sales tax will be added to orders shipped within California.
Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened title within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price with the exception of vinyl LP's. Vinyl LP's are non-refundable without a "return authorization number" (RA Number). Please contact us for an RA number should a vinyl product need to be returned to the warehouse. Please note: we cannot refund shipping and handling charges unless (1) we made an error with your order (2) the item was defective or (3) the product was damaged in shipping. --- Please note that some imported items are shipped without plastic wrap. This is standard packaging process used in many countries outside of the U.S. Please be assured that the merchandise you receive are NEW. In the event an item is found to be damaged or defective, the item will be replaced with a like title. We cannot substitute for another item. Backorder Policy: Orders are shipped the same or next business day. In the event that an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back-order. Back-orders usually take about five to ten business days to come back into stock. If after ten days an item is still on back-order, we will notify you. Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped.
